After three years I noticed my shower head puddling and was not giving me the 'spray' I wanted. I reached out to the company about this and wondered if my life time warranty would get me a replacement. Sure enough, no questions from the vendor other than showing them this picture of the 'puddling' and my Amazon order number. I received my replacement in 3 days.The replacement works great, a nice spray. 5 Stars to Mary at Customer Support for QualityNLuxury Products. They totally support their 'Life Time' warranty!

Good quality shower head. The only problem we had was there were so many holes we couldn't get good water pressure with our standard 1/2" water line. Need alot of water volume to create good pressure spray. Maybe if it was mounted on the ceiling but wall install, not good unless you have a lot of water volume to create pressure.

Replaced my old Moen shower head with a rainfall after experiencing one at a hotel. Tried several and settled on this one. I wanted a square head; just liked that look, but all I tried have no force behind the water. I started with a 12", then a 10", finally 8" and none had any force and all were more than 2.5 GPM even though the descriptions said they were 2.5 GPM. This even with the supplied flow restrictor. Frustrated, I ordered this one as well as a Delta (cost over twice as much). This one arrived first. Installed easy. Much more force behind the water and I measured about 1.75 GPM with the flow restrictor. Canceled the order for the Delta.Lots of reviews saying it leaks after install. I am certain that people are not removing ALL old teflon tape from the pipe threads after removing the old shower head. You MUST get all old tape off before adding new tape for the new shower head. Make sure you use 2-3 wraps of the included teflon tape in a CLOCKWISE direction. Tighten with a wrench until snug plus another 1/4 turn.

This is the 2nd shower head that we tried and both times the holes got plugged or clogged and it wasn't easy to get them to spray again, even though they advertise that the rubber openings are easy to redirect. Within 9 months of installing the first shower head, the water started spraying from around the edge of the head, in all directions. The company was nice enough to replace it the first time, assuming it was faulty, but now we are having the same problem 9 months after installing the new one. It's not expensive but it also isn't reliable. I do not want to buy it again and continue the pattern, so I will have to look for a better made product. I am very disappointed since it worked really well for the first several months. The water pressure was great and it came out evenly for awhile. I definitely do not recommend this product.

The quality of the product is very nice. The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is because of the soft flow. We expected a higher pressure than what we got once it was installed and used 2 times. After receiving this shower head, we were not happy with the water flow . I reviewed this item several times and studied the pictures of the flow shown in the pictures. We have great water pressure and my husband removed the flow restrictor before installing. I contacted the seller and they were wonderful to deal with. I decided to replace the original item with a smaller shower head that has 6 adjustable settings and hopefully it will work as expected. I will donate the other to our local Goodwill in hopes that it can find a new home. Awesome Customer Service and very quick response times!

We held on to our old, disappointing, dual shower head for too long, because it was useful for cleaning the shower, etc. On our honeymoon, our hotel has the most basic-looking, but amazing-FEELING shower head. After the hose on our shower head broke I decided that I wanted the water pressure and soakage that we had on our honeymoon and set out to find it. I was planning to try several shower heads until I found the one, but this was the first one I tried and that was all I needed. I did remove the water regulator. The water comes out in torrents and the wide shower head means it hits your whole body. I have tightly curled hair (and lots of it!) and it soaks all of my hair in seconds, making it easy to detangle and shampoo. It also looks nice-- I ordered the brushed nickel and it does not look cheap. I did find it impossible to install it without scratching it with the pliers. That's more of a personal problem, though, and no one is tall enough to see the top of my shower head (my shower is unusually tall). Could be the shower head of my dreams, if it holds up.
