I was having issues with charging the Firefly pucks on the this wireless mat. Of course due to my ignorance I skipped the section in the instruction manual where a 10w or greater USB charger is required.Indicators of an insufficient USB power brick:(1) No light indicator on puck although the charging mat has the white LED illuminated,(1) A single puck solid red or flashing between red/yellow.Once I did read instructions properly and hooked a 10w charger all works like intended to.**** Recommendation to Lumos: I appreciate that you at least provide a USB A to USB C cable and want to keep cost down but a lot of chargers are now coming with USB-C ports. I would not mind paying a few extra dollars if one could be supplied or just an adapter to covert the USB-A to USB-C.I know its a long review for such a simple product, but in this industry for EBIKE accessories I believe it's revolutionary.

Hands down the best way to charge these lights, all at once, no nonsense... but you certainly pay for it, but the quality is fantastic, let's just hope it lasts!
