This back brace provides me relief especially when I am standing and up and about. However, I must say that this one is noticeably heavier and bulkier than my other back braces (I have more than one). So although supportive, I dislike it for when I am sitting. The tightness around is adjustable with elastic bands on both sides and is secure. I just don't like it when I have to sit for long periods of time and find myself removing it when I DO need to sit. Because of this, I have a higher preference for my other braces.

I ordered based on size chart and although it did technically fit it offered no compression since it was loose. I messaged the seller and they responded very quickly and offered to send a smaller size. This brace is seriously supportive. The Velcro is high quality and the stitching and design of this back brace is excellent. My lower back is shot and gets fatigued easily under pressure. The compression and support really helps to alleviate pain. I cannot sit comfortably in this for any length of time since it’s so structured but taking it off and on is a breeze and worth it.

Wearing this brace helps provide back support and keep a better form. It fits well and has tension adjustment straps on both sides to adjust and tighten to your needs. I find it doesn’t slide up as much when I sit as a previously used back brace, maybe because it taller than the other one did. I am 5’10” for reference. Tip is to follow the waist measuring guidelines as it differs from your waist size!

Excellent lower back pain relief. A bit tricky to put on. When on the support is fantastic and the pain goes away quickly.The shape is such the I can't sit while using it, I't digs into my thighs. So as long as I stan, lay down, recline or sit for a short time, it is fabulous. On the other hand I don't need to wear it for long to feel better.

This is a good standard-style back brace, with a main belt and auxiliary straps on the sides. I followed the sizing guide on the Amazon page and the belt fits just right. Both the main belt and the side straps have plenty of strong Velcro, so you can adjust them over a wide range. The six stays, concentrated in the back of the belt, are firm without being too stiff. The front of the belt is approximately 7-1/2" high and the back is 10-1/2" high. The body of the belt has good elasticity, a good median between stretchability and tightness.
