I purchased this product and have waited for someone who could install it. I finally get someone to install it and the adapter from the hose to the faucet doesn’t fit. It’s completely put together and I now the hose doesn’t fit. It’s a specialty product so you can’t just go to Home Depot or Lowes and get another one… I’ve tried. I attempted to contact the company- they say you have to contact Amazon. I try to contact Amazon and you only have two choices and neither fit the situation. All I need is an adapter that fits! The 1/2 inch side fits the faucet but the so called 1/4 inch side fits nothing. Because it’s nearly impossible to find someone to work on it, I have 2 or 3 days left before I can return.

Not a plumber, but wife is a cosmetologist soon to retire, and I've worked on some salon fixtures for her. She decided to put in a "hobby" salon at home, and bought a shampoo bowl. Trouble was, the vacuum breaker/mixer valve that came with the bowl, which was nice in itself, matched up to nothing on this Earth in the way of water supply lines.Gave up and bought this outfit to change out, worked perfectly, mounted accurately on bowl, hooked up exactly to water supplies with no leakage or trouble, and works great! Looks good, too!
