Almost everything you need to replace luggage wheels. Additional tools I used: small screw driver (to remove covers over wheel axles), power drill (to remove riveted original axles), hammer and punch (large nail would do, to drive out axles). Only issues: the heads of new axles stick out far enough (photo 1) so that original covers can't be replaced (photo 2)--not a big deal; 2) these may be ABEC bearings but light oil greatly increased their performance. BTW, since only one wheel was damaged, I only replaced two along the long axis of the bag. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Tips to get this done in a cinch:Throw away the hand saw. Cut off old axels using an oscillating multi tool. So fast- off in minutes! Highly recommend this universal blade from Harbor Freight:HERCULES 1-3/8 in. Carbide Tooth Reduced Neck Plunge Blade for Oscillating Multi-Tools.Wheels were quite stiff, but we added WD40 with silicone and they now spin very well.Super thrilled with our Samsonite luggage repair!

I like that this kit comes with a mini saw. It was definitely tedious to use, and you probably want to wear some gloves so it doesn't dig into your hand too much. Be patient with it, since the cutting of the existing metal rod will be slow, but it does work. It took me a couple hours though of cutting and resting to figure out how to get the old rods off.The wheels do a fine job. I have been using them for a few months now and have not noticed unexpected wear on them. I did spray the bearing with some lube, and added some between the wheel and the rod to make them spin even better. Either white lithium spray or silicone spray seem fine to improve their spin.
