been using lucas oil products for many years. they have a wide variety of products and always have great prices.i purchased the lucas brand bake fluid because its better and also cheaper then the factory stuff. would never hesitate to buy a lucas oil product.

Lucas makes some of the best car fluids on the market. But that is just my opinion. Try it you my become hooked on them too.

This product works as intended and is less expensive than other options.I use Lucas brake fluid on my Gmc Sierra brakes when Brake bleeding, never had a problem.

What more could you ask for. I had to bleed my whole car after a master cylinder change and this fit the bill. Cheaper than I could buy smaller ones locally. Came fast and worked great.

Lucas oil products have always been pretty staple. I know in terms of automotive things you always get guys who are die-hard fanatics of a certain product. Unfortunately, that's not me. As such, I can't say much about the formulation of Lucas Oil and why it may crush its competition. I will say that Lucas Oil has been around for a long time and in my use, it's great. I've been able to replace/interchange my DOT 3 brake fluid with no issues (that's probably a bare minimum), and the fluid performs like brake fluid. So with that said, the only thing I can comment on is the price point. With my Prime membership, this item comes in at 19$ roughly for 1 quart (~950mL). At Canadian Tire, the ~350mL bottle goes for 6.99$ (before tax). So in this case, if you're in need of Brake Fluid, this is actually a great purchase, because you get a competitive price that you can receive on Prime Delivery. For me, that was great. Because my reason for initially purchasing this was to do a quick brake flush. I had wanted a large quantity of brake fluid but, lived from driving distance to the nearest Canadian Tire. For obvious reasons, couldn't drive my car there because the brakes were out. So this item from Amazon was great. So my suggestion, is get this if you're in need of a litre of brake fluid on your terms. It's a little cheaper, but if you were really in a hurry for a top up, just go get the same thing from Canadian Tire.
