Can't go wrong with Lucas products. Cheaper than the box stores.

Changed the belt on my 2009 Miata and started getting power steering noise. The belt was very tight. Added some of this and it got quieter. Then pulled as much power steering fluid out of the reservoir as I could and put in fresh with this. Quieted it down even further. Today it was in the low 20's and it was a little noisy until it warmed up a bit but nothing like before. I usually do not believe in additives that solve problems but this actually helped.

I bought this truck as it was a former farm truck....well, won't do that again.Anyway, this truck has had some tough life before I bought it as there were lots of little things that had to be fix. As typical Toyota, everyone was asking way too much for them until I found this one. Again, the seller told me it was a farm truck that sat out in the field for some time before it was towed and fixed up to drive and run. I didn't think much of it and bought it.Anyway, back to the power steering fluid. One of the many problem was a leak from the rack. As it's way too expensive for such an old truck, decided to try this magic fluid. And sure enough, it worked. I did used 2 bottles to make sure everything was well flushed out and cleaned. It's been more than a month, and everything still looks good.

Arrived quickly and without issue.Product was applied as per instructions, leak got worse not better. It will now be repaired at the workshop, the mechanic seems to think that it’s a worn/broken washer. We will see in a day or two

I bought my "almost like new" 2006 Acura MDX in 2017 with 158,000 miles for just $5,800 which was an amazing deal for such a reliable vehicle. The only issue it had was a very slow power steering leak and a strange glitch with the steering where it would sometimes quickly oscillate between very hard and then very easy to turn the wheel.I took my chances and did a full flush of the power steering fluid including 2 bottles of Honda P/S fluid and just one bottle of Lucas Stop Leak power steering fluid. (Even though I bought two bottles, I only needed one.)I did this back in 2018 and the vehicle now has 218,000 miles. It hasn't lost a single drop of power steering fluid since then and the steering seems like new to me.Obviously, I'm very pleased with this purchase and how much money I saved by not having to replace any power steering components.

Added 12 oz bottle 3 months ago. Leak reduced to about half in about a week, from a spot about size of the bottom of a coffee cup on garage floor to about half as big. Spot kept getting smaller until it stopped altogether about a month after I added Lukas. If I’d been thinking l would have sucked out 12 oz burned power steering fluid, added new PS fluid and repeated until burn smell was gone and then add Lukas because I didn’t remove enough of the burned PS fluid before adding Lukas. The pulley input shaft seal on the pump on these year Toyota begin to leak after 15-20 years as both of mine did. Saves $$$$ since shops usually replace the pump instead of replacing the seal. 2002 Sienna van with 150,000 miles.Update September 2024. Still no leak on garage floor after nearly 4 years. Highly recommend to try before an expensive repair. If it doesn’t do the job you’re only loss is a few bucks. If it works it’s worth lots $$$$.

A few days ago I notice a very large power steering fluid leak from my rack and pinion in my Honda Civic 2010. I was really worried 'cause I knew this repair or replacing the whole rack would cost me a lot of money and time. I made some research and found this Lucas stop leak fluid. I decided to give it a try and to my very surprise it is amazing the results. I was refilling almost a liter every day. Since I pour this bottle in my reservoir, almos inmediately it reduce the leak to some 4 ounces the very next day and notice it would not let the floor all spoutted of fluid. Now 4 days later there are no traces of any leak. I don't need to refill and steering is smooth and free of any noices. I highly recommend this product if you want to save some money replacing or repairing your rack and pinion for leaking.

I put this in my 2008 Acura TL in hopes that it would stop the leak as I was loosing a lot of power steering fluid. I knew that I needed to replace my rack and pinion but the cost was crazy. I tried this and it did help but did not stop the leak. I did not have to put fluid in as frequently as I did before using the product. I guess if you had a small leak it would do the job but if you are looking for a miracle you won't find it in this bottle.

I only added about 1/4 of the bottle to top off the low reservoir. I seems to have stopped the minor leak with no mechanical issues. Dealer wanted $1500 to replace the steering rack.Update: 9 months now and still not leaking again. Have not had to add any more fluid and steering worked fine through the freezing winter and now hot the summer with no issues.10 month update: developed a major leak this time. This time it worked to turn it into smaller issue but I need to add some every day. Looks like I have to spend the$1500 now, but this stuff definitely worked for almost a year.
