It Looks just like the picture. Not sure why the strong auto tire smell, I hope that there is lead in it, because I really need it to block all radiation and emf's. The smell did fade, with a little bit of lingering, but it is tolerable. Otherwise the apron, is heavy, but not too much. The Thyroid guard, had an incredible petroleum/gasoline odor, I mean it reeked so bad, that the smell nearly made me sick, a slight headache as well, I do not wear that one, wished I had returned it.
