They are very strong and will do the job. However they are so strong that while taking them out of the package 3 magnets broke when they slammed into each other with tremendous force. They snapped right in half.

Dig these magnets they are great for adding a vent filter on your vents so you dont have to unscrew and pull the vent out. It might not look good but for me it does the job.

These magnets are verrry strong! I'm using them to hold a tarp on the top of my old truck, which leaks. They work very well. The tarp won't blow off. However, the disks are very fragile. I made the mistake, when I unpacked them, to lay them fairly close together on a table. They jumped together into a stack instantly! The resulting impact cause several of them to fracture into very sharp fragments. Separating the disks was difficult since they were so strong, and dangerous because of the razor sharp edges. I ended up having to discard several of the disks.

You can get it for tasks that don't require a certain impact on it. It's very powerful but exercise caution when placing it, it can break easily.

Great strength, and if you need it strong it works lovely when you and one on top of the other. You can put a sticker on the back and put them anywhere you want. One magnet holds up my multi-tool with ease or a pair of scissors. If you want to use it for your phone it’s too weak and slippery ( had to try).

These are great magnets, whether you are using them for cupboards or, as I did, to hold tools onto machines. They don't drop off, they don't disappear; they are super strong—they even grab my keys unintentionally.

They are about the size of a quarter but thicker. For their size they are pretty strong magnets. Worked perfect for my project.

I purchased two packs of these magnets for my rechargeable kitchen cabinet LED puck lights. I hot glued one magnet on the back of the lights and one top of each cabinet shelves. After I recharge the lights, the magnets immediately attracts each other and automatically center itself back into the cabinet. There's no need for me to OCD if the lights are misaligned. After 11 months of ownership, these magnets have not once cause one LED puck light to fall off because they are extremely strong.Hope this helps.

I used these to make magnets for gifts and they are a LOT stronger than your average magnet. For comparison, they can hold a stack of 19 flashcards before they start to slide down the fridge; another craft magnet the same size that I tested could only hold 5. You can still remove them from the fridge with a bit of effort, but any stronger and you’d have to slide them off.

I got these for a new mini-fridge. Specifically to hang up some mini-posters that I had covered by polycarbonate plastic sheets to protect them. While it took more magnets that I expected ... including add some of a different variety entirely at the bottom ... I don't blame the magnets themselves. The previous mini-fridge had a metal exterior. This one doesn't. And, the magnets' description had said that they worked best with highly magnetic materials like iron; that steel was less magnetic by nature. Additionally, the front of the fridge has a subtle curve and the 12"x18",3mm plastic sheets, being the same thickness of the magnets, further lessons their strength. So, I'm fully aware that my particular use is less than ideal ... and that, when just used directly on a poster without the plastic, they're extremely strong. But ,what I wanted to provide feedback on was the steps the manufacturer has taken to address past consumer complaints about receiving broken magnets. In those cases, it looks like magnets were being shipped in a tube ... all in line with a separator". Their current package ... both for the 6-packs and 12-packs ... now has 6-magnet groups .... in a plastic, horizontal tray ... where each individual magnet has a slot in the tray to hold it securely and to protect it. While the separators are still provided, they aren't needed this way to keep the magnets separated and each magnet can easily be removed from its slot without interacting with the others. It's always nice when companies do respond to such past feedback to ensure they are providing the desired level of quality to the consumer.

I was not able to use these for the project I was going to because they are too strong! But that does not mean I won’t use them. They are awesome if you want strong magnets, which I do.
