Quickly shipped. The sails installed easily using the hardware kits purchased separately from them.I am very happy with them. I wasn't as happy with the sizes that I had selected sovI decided to order some custom sizes from them as well. I expect those to arrive this week.The quality was good enough that I was happy to spend more for their custom sizes to get a slightly better "fit" for my unusually shaped space.

We bought this kit for a shade sail installation. Originally it was great and came with everything we needed. Every time it gets windy though the turnbuckles unscrew themselves and we have to dig around in the grass for all the pieces to put it all back up.My husband went to Tractor Supply and got locking nuts for the inside to prevent them backing out. So far so good, but for all the parts that come in this set, they should add a few more nuts to lock the turnbuckles in place.

Having seen the light design of another brand I had ordered that had good ratings, sent me on a search for a kit with more heft.I haven't had the chance to install this yet. Should be a simple job. All the parts are more to what I was originally looking for.Big enough so I should never have to worry about tear out in higher winds. If anything, the D rings on the sail shade would let go long before this kit. Storms come up quick here and are gone in a half hour. I feel much more secure with this Love Story hardware kit.

High quality parts; I ordered two kits and ended up using every piece of both kits. I found all parts are consistently well-finished, with no unexpected rough casting seams or edges as one might expect from inexpensive parts. Everything works consistently and easily as anyone with experience would expect; the resulting installation (a large sun sail) is solid and has been holding for several days now. I have not experienced any unexpected loosening over time with wind and rain moving the sail and temperature changes causing the screw fittings loosen up -- there is always a precision tradeoff between making the parts very tight so that nothing will move after installed versus loose so things are easy to install; it seems like the turnbuckles in this set hit the right "tight hold versus loose fit" balance. I will update this review if I experience problems in the next year or so. To address something mentioned in other reviews: I found the screws work well as long as you use a properly fitting screwdriver (or driver bit) -- and of course you should predrill if installing in hard wood (or metal). I would be surprised if one could do better for the relatively low cost of this kit. Recommended.

I purchased three of these to use with shade sails installed vertically on the sides my pergola. They work great as long as there is no wind. But spring breezes cause the tension in the turnbuckles to loosen and then detach from the shade sail, leaving the fabric flapping in the breeze and getting damaged. I'm going to have to replace the turnbuckles with something that can be clipped into the mounts, hence the one-star for sturdiness and value.
