I bought this to keep track of my vitals at different times throughout the day and days that I am having a POTS flare up. It's pretty accurate the only thing I wish it had was a chart of typical vitals and abnormal ones.

While my mother was in hospice I needed some things to monitor her health status. This item fit into my arsenal perfectly. Easy to use and accurate; I had her hospice nurses compare it to their medical grade equipment and it was usually right there with their own.

Took my blood pressure over the course of 3 weeks 2-3 times a day. Went to my doctor and gave him the recordings and he suggested to get a good are cuff. Readings were inconsistent. There is a difference when taken on each arm. It's easy to use and that's what they use at my dentist office. Sadly, I'll keep this as a back up, but do as my doctor recommended. So far, it's showing my BP at it's usual rate, with is far lower than what the wrist cuff showed me at.

I have used many blood pressure devices through the years and this one is the least expensive and, by the way, does a superior job of measuring my BP. Because I'm kind of a nut on my BP, I use the wrist cuff probably 4 to 5 times per day and it works super. I've also compared the readings with those at my doctor's office and they match exactly. No, you will not find a better value, ever. JUST BY IT!

My husband has horrible "white coat" syndrome so whenever he goes to the doctor it looks like hes experiencing tachycardia, as well as hypertension. I decided to take matters into my own hands (literally) and purchased this based off the FDA approval. So far, it appears to be accurate and my husband takes his blood pressure/pulse daily and records it to bring to the doctor's office before each visit so they can see how he is REALLY doing. I encourage everyone to read the directions on how to use this device (there is another reviewer who posted really great "yes" and "no" photos as to how to use this device). Please please read the device manual as to what kind of position your arm needs to be in to get a correct and accurate reading. I am really glad I bought this product and I highly recommend it, especially if you suffer from white coat syndrome.

I bought this product as a gift for one of my CNA. The CNA uses it about 4 to 5 days a week with 7-10 patients. So far the product is holding its accuracy. I have been comparing the reading results with another blood pressure monitoring system within the last couple of days and so far the difference is about 2-3% average. The more this product is used and more frequent the accuracy seems to degrade. It's always good practice to compare with another machine. With cost price, I would recommend this product highly. Follow instructions on how to use it properly to get an accurate reading.
