As I figured when I opened up the package the locking mechanisms were not going to work with such low spring pressure Force trying to create friction against two plastic surfaces. As a retired product design technician I can only attest to this product being a Total failure.

I'm not even going to lie- I was pretty hesitant of how well this product would work when I first opened it and saw how thin and small it is. But I was happily surprised when my hubby put it onto our crazier, adhd, high anxiety, constantly pulling and yanking dog. It immediately stopped him in his tracks, AND without hurting him!! I was NOT able to walk my 85 pound pitbull before getting this product- my hubby had to do the actual holding of the leash every night because I was completely unable to control our poor pup. Its not that he's even mean or aggressive, he's just super anxious and nervous coupled with super high almost puppy energy.Because of this product, I can FINALLY walk my dog and have full control!

This no pull lead is just what we needed. We have 2 puppies that are growing and getting stronger with each day. They both are starting to really pull and dart with great strength, so I needed to try something that would curtail the pulling. I put this lead on and it immediately stopped the forceful pulling. Such an easy tool to train with and am so glad I gave this lead a try.
