Order was lost, no information as to its whereabouts after several chats with Amazon customer service. Cancelled order and then it showed up without any parts - awful!

It came in perfect condition. Not a scratch on the outside cardboard case. The metal sheets used for the cabinet and drawers are very thin. Good only for very light simple use. Not for heavy loads.The key lock is a joke. You can slide a plastic card (like credit card) on the side to lift up the latch tab.

Handle does not stay on, screw was stripped upon arrival. The keys were missing from the package. Package arrived with the box being totally destroyed. The item is dented. The company did not want to do anything about the dented item, but after several days of aggravation, and reaching out, they did send me more screws and the keys. Quality is just OK.

I ordered this filing cabinet despite several complaints about dings and imperfections -- and the thin sheet metal it's made of. Mine arrived beautifully packed and without a single blemish. I assembled it easily in about 15 minutes. It's well-engineered -- carefully bending sheet metal as needed. Is it a Hon "lasts-a-lifetime" filing cabinet? No. But if that's what you want, you'll have to pay about five times the price of this little guy. I don't intend to leave this to anyone in my will; I just want a fully functioning, well-priced place to hang the files I use at my desk. And it'll do that perfectly.

Speedy delivery. Easy assembly. Desk height so it makes a perfect extension to my desk if I need it. Seemingly sturdy wheels. Very level. Lock only applies to first and second drawer. Keys were floating around loose and fell behind the drawers, so I had to tilt the cabinet just right to get a hold of them.

Can't figure out why there were such bad reviews! This file cabinet arrived quickly and in perfect condition. My son-in-law put the drawer handles and castors on in about 10 minutes. It is really nice in my den, very pretty, very sturdy for residential use. I love the color and having the small top drawer. Maybe it wouldn't survive for a long time in a business office, but then again it might! But I don't need that. I am so glad I got it. Thank you Lorell for offering such a unique product.
