Our sink had cracked and after posting a bad review customer service reached out and gave us a full refund and are sending us a replacement sink.The company offers a lifetime replacement service on their ceramic products and stands by it.Very happy with the way they handled this.Changing review from 1 star to 5.Will be purchasing more products from them in the future without worry.

We've only had this sink for 4 years and have treated it well. We thought we loved this sink, but there must have been a manufacturing defect because yesterday after a light plastic cup fell in the sink, a small hole appeared. I pushed on it with my finger because it looked like a black smudge at first and more of the sink chipped away under my finger! If you look around the point of the hole in the image, there is a darker spot where you can see that the ceramic is thinner and that part will likely fall away soon too. Now we have to get a new sink after only 4 years?!?!!? That's so ridiculous. This looked great at first, but a sink should last longer than 4 years! Note: I'll update my review if the company responds to make this right. If you don't see an update, assume that they didn't care to correct what is clearly a manufacturing defect on their part!

We put quartz countertops in our new bathroom remodel and had them install this sink. It looks great. The plumbing hooked up to it with no problems. It is just the right size for a smaller guest bathroom.

TINY sinks. I guess I didn't realize what size normal sinks normally are when i ordered these, but these are absolutely TINY so make sure thats what you want before you order them

Had a soap dish bust a hole through my sink and needed to replace it. This basin fit well and was easy to install. The overflow drain clip is plastic and can be popped in and out, which I can’t say I’m a fan of. However, overall, this is a great sink for the money!
