These brush washer are made of rust-proof nickel-plated steel with seamless points. The air-tight cap keeps your solvent from evaporating. You can use turpentine for repeated washings without risk of damaging the tank. Perforated inner tray can easily be removed for cleaning.

I use these for water or Gamisol for painting on site. They are sealed well, come in different sizes, and I just use an S hook to attach to my easle.

I use an odorless paint thinner for oil paint. This works quite well and is a good size.Actually I only had the smaller 8oz bottle of paint thinner and it's not enough to reach the inner cup, so I am currently not using that. I just need more paint thinner though.

Not much to say other than it simply works as it should.

Anyone have trouble opening it after un-buckling the snaps? I don't want to pry/dent it. Looks like a well-built container but useless if i can't even open it. I tried lifting, prying, hot water....stuck lid. It will be returned. UPDATE: They sent me a replacement one right away and and lid comes off now after un-buckling. The other one was a dud. For those who are thrifty (what artists isn't) to reduce the amount of turp (or other product) perhaps add a few stones or ball bearings into the bottom to take up some space so you will need/use less product? Just a thought. I use SS ball bearings that can endure the chemicals composition of turps. Happy Painting!

Arrived to Australian address without issue. I have two of these. I use them for workshops and plein air painting. They seal well and the textured insert removes the paint without damaging brushes, and is easily removed for cleaning. These are quite small which suits me for travel and carrying my painting equipment outdoors ( you want to keep the weight down where you can ), but I don’t use them in the studio, preferring larger containers.. From my experience, I can recommend product and seller.

The only drawback is that it takes a lot of turps to get it up over the screen. I'll keep it in case I start using really wide brushes, it works great.

This is a nice cleaner container, for small brushes. If you are using a 4 inch bush this is not for you.

This little washer works great - unless you are using 2"+ brushes. For anything up to say 11/2" it is great (and I should note that a 2" brush will fit in - but there is not much room to swish it around). I do agree with the commentator(s) who wondered why they cleaning bowl is so shallow. It does take about 2-3 cups of solvent. Nevertheless, you would not need to change that very often. You can occasionally siphon off the clean solvent, and then clean out the sludge. Overall, this is a great washer for brushes 11/2 inches and smaller. I would definitely buy it again.
