The Loog Mini Electric guitar has a built-in amp. Yep: we managed to fit an amplifier and a speaker in there! And we did it in a quite subtle way: there’s virtually no extra weight, no awkward knobs or controls and the classic Loog guitar silhouette stays unchanged.

Love the brand and idea. Good quality. Sound thru the built-in speaker is more or less ok. I wish the tuning would last longer :).

I bought this for my son. The sound quality is great. It’s worth the price and the wood they used for this guitar is amazing and durable. I would recommend this guitar 10 out of 10.

I am a bassist and my husband is a guitarist. Naturally, we wanted our toddler to be exposed to playing as early as possible. This company brags that it’s the closest to a real guitar and it’s made to learn on. It’s real wood which is nice but the sounds that come out of it are awful. Consistent tuning doesn’t even help. The first one arrived broken. The second one works but it just sounds so scratchy and the notes are almost unrecognizable. I can buy a REAL full sized guitar for $200, so this is not worth the price. Very disappointed. 2 stars vs one because it’s well constructed and at very least has weight and can reach a small child hand position.

Very well made and adorable. Plays and maintains like a real guitar and not a cheap toy. Worth the price 100%Love how it can be amplified on its own or through an amplifier. My youngest loves it, and the app makes learning fun and it lives mounted on the next to my other guitars. One the best kids purchase ever. Bravo loog!

Die Tumer der Gitarre sind absoluter Schrott. Die Gitarre hällt das Tuning nicht. Also für ne Kindergitarre geht das gar nicht. Wie soll da ein Kind so richtig spielen lernen, geschweige denn die Gitarre stimmen.. Also für alle Eltern die sicht mit Gitarren auskennen: Finger weg. Am sonsten gleich neue Tuner mitbestellen. der Rest der Gitarre ist allerdings top.

My husband ignored the reviews cause he was so excited and it technically had the best score out of other kid guitars. The amp worked for 2 minutes than shorted out and will no longer work. 7 out of the current 19 reviews say the same thing happened to them. We saved up to buy this for our daughter and now we have no recourse. I'm beyond upset

The guitar sounds good when connected to an amp although it needed a bit of a setup.Mine came with a short circuit when switching to the battery-powered amp.I live overseas so returning it is not an option. Since the entire electronics are on a PCB changing the switch is not an option, so I'll have to change the entire thing:, tone and volume knobs, switch and probably the led.The good thing is that we have 3 amps at home, the bad news is that they are quite loud and my son isn't exactly Mark Knopfler.Overall I think it's a great guitar, I just had bad luck. The app, on the other hand, is quite wonky. A great idea, poorly executed.
