I was skeptical and worried that it will look cheap or obviously fake but decided to give it a try anyway since the reviews are good and the item is inexpensive. I am so glad I did! The faux wood texture gave it depth. It is also very forgiving and easy to reposition. I was able to do it all on my own.

This is a great purchase!It goes on smooth, easy to maintain a straight line and if you mess up you can easily remove and put back one. I also love the wood-like texture it makes the border look real and attractive.

Used as faux frame for contractor bathroom mirror. Looks very nice for a faux framed look. Was easy to use for my project as the mirror had perfect edges already like the peel and stick here. Textured somewhat and that gives a more "real" look. Fairly thick and good quality.
