I purchased a Quickie sponge mop years ago and needed a refill for the sponge mop. I could not find a Quickie sponge mop refill and for some reason retailers stop selling "universal" sponge mop refills. I was forced to buy a replacement squeeze mop, however and unfortunately, the squeeze portion of the mop was plastic and broke after two uses. When I saw this product, I was overjoyed. The sponge mop refill fits my Quickie mop perfectly!! I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller in the future.

The Quickie sponges refills are not longer available. This one fits the mop head. Although, the sponge doesn't appear to be as durable as the Quickie original.

Reasonably priced replacements that fit my mop. Type S mop replacements have been hard to find or overpriced so glad to find these.

The sponge is fine and having metal male screw fitting but having the female part plastic means it broke on first use.

UPDATE: 11/2/24 This mop refill pad is so bad; I wished I'd saved the old mostly worn-out mop pad from the trash. I mainly use it to swab the bathroom floor, which is why, I use a dedicated mop of this style there. This new refill while it fits is worthless and for me dangerous. The "sponge" (which doesn't qualify as one) absorbs virtually nothing when I wet it in the sink and squeeze it out it leaves water on the floor instead of absorbing it. I've nearly slipped and fell on the area I went over. Plus, it picks up virtually no dirt or film off the floor. I might as well be scrubbing with a block of yellow Styrofoam! ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOWI realize the price of things has gone up, but this was about the price of the Quickie mop including sponge I got a few years ago. It's cheaper less dense foam, and I doubt it will last long. I've got little choice as Quickie is now making those rolled front style mops. I use one of those for the kitchen and other areas, but I like this style for the bathroom. I swab the bathroom most every day and have a wall holder device by the door I got on the Zon, to keep it handy. It's type S so it did fit properly, I had to use the screws that came with this, and they are a little less robust, but they work for now. Hopefully they will hold the stress. I do use those name brand one use pads and some washable ones, but they don't do large areas very well. This type or a spin mop is best for frequent use.I considered this overpriced, but given 3-4 years have passed since I bought the butterfly mop, I guess it's pretty standard now. Given LOLA is one of the few companies that seems to provide the S refills anymore, I'll give them a mild recommend here, but I'd be happy to pay a little more for a better sponge.

The product fit the mop perfectly and was easy to install but the quality of the ribbed head was extremely poor. It is very flimsy and will not last very long. And this expensive!
