This does exactly what you'd expect it to do. The quality so far has been good. I use it for light moping jobs, I would not use this for heavy duty usage. It was simple to assemble, and it's smaller so great for home or apartment use. It takes a little long to dry out but that's not a total deal breaker. For the price and convenience you should totally check this out.

In my search for clean floors, I found the LOLA Products Cotton String Wet Mop with Wire Wound Head, perfect for maintaining a spotless home. This mop is similar to a wood handle (Libman cotton deck mop) that's been in this household for several years but seldom used. Although this alumnium handle, string mop is made with strong, durable cotton fiber and reinforced with strong wire heads (that do not appear to easily rust) the product takes a long time to dry. After using mop the first time, product was rinsed, squeezed and suspended to dry in 80° temperature on backporch. Unbelievably, with the scorching heat, two days were required for product to completely dry out. Even though I ordered this new "LOLA" Brand mop as a replacement for an overused, damaged lightweight, "Wonder Spin Mop", I was not expecting it to require such a long time to dry.Although this product is suitable for cleaning small and large floors, it has failed to meet my expectations. I was so impressed when I noticed the product's on line description about the *lightweight* aluminun handle I wanted to order it.Regrettably, after experiencing the mop for a short period of time realizing the alumnium handle is indeed lightweight, it's a disapoinment that the wet mophead is entirely too heavyweight. Considering I am senior, with an injured shoulder, this mop does not offer the floor cleaning experience that I expected. This mop might not be right for me, but I do recommend for other consumers who do not have physical limitatiions

It's been a long time since I've used a string mop. This isn't as large as the big commercial ones (thankfully), but still works to create that good mopping cadence/pattern.I've been using a microfiber mop, and it seemed to be doing a good job, but as soon as I used this string mop, I was shocked at how dirty the water was - i'm picking up a lot more junk with the good old fashioned string mop. I'm impressed, and will be sticking with this one.This mop seems to be able to hold a lot of water!It was pretty easy to put together. It took a bit of finesse to attach one of the sections - it seemed a bit temperamental, but with a little finesse and persistence, it attached nicely. It seems solid, so shouldn't need to worry about that again.It feels sturdy while using it, so I'm hoping this lasts a long time.

I love that this mop is really lite, smaller to mop around my home!. The handle has been wanting to come out of the threaded hole into mop. Besides that it’s okay, just wish it’d stay locked into the mop head!! It’s kind of annoying

As I had mentioned this did not last they gave it two stars cuz that's how many days it took for it to free on me and the mop itself not the sick portion. And I know that you could buy the mop separately but after the experience I have at this one and having to clean it and having to fall apart of me just didn't feel that keep in this kind of mop with a bunch of hardwood floors throughout my house is actually worth it. So I invest in something different but as far as dirtiness goes of the handle part that was definitely five stars for the quality of the make of the handle very nice I even substituted that out and did my own DIY immediate it into a curtain rod and it actually worked out pretty good better than it had done for the mop itself... So I cannot recommend it because it did not work for me but that does not mean that it will not work out for you. Especially if you have a bucket that you can put it in and spin it then definitely I would get this mop it is nicely made for sure it's just that the my part itself from constantly putting it to my sink to the floor.. once it was dirty I just had a hard time getting a clean again... My experience May differ from yours so definitely use your own judgment on this one I can only tell you what I experienced. But I'm not upset about it because I was able to apply it to something else a little bit of imagination goes a long way especially when it comes to products that are new and cannot be used properly. I recommended if you think it's for you but I don't recommend it for myself I know this is a hard review but it's hard to give as well because I'm uncertain I don't want to take anything away from anybody if they like it that much so totally up to you it does work if you know how to properly manage and clean this item.
