I got a refurbished product, and I think they forgot to refurbish it, lol. It would never connect to the dongle, no matter what USB port I tried. I returned it.

I recently purchased the M575 model for home and it felt cheaper and not as well made. I got the M570 to replace the one I had at work.. Works great. Was happy to have found it.. Like it way better than the M575....SignedOpposable Thumbs

I love this style mouse. I used the exact same mouse before for over a half decade, when it eventually starting having issues. Went back to a standard mouse for a few years for no particular reason. Wanted to go back to this ergonomic mouse so I ordered this one. When I plugged it in I noticed issues with the clicks not working properly. Such as not recognizing clicks, double clicking when I wasn’t double clicking, etc. I confirmed all settings were set correctly. I thought the issue was with the work laptop I had and was in the process of getting a new one from my company. I received my new laptop and plugged this mouse back in, only to experience the exact same issues. Which confirms the issue lies within the mouse itself. Unfortunately by the time I got my new laptop, I had already passed the return policy timeframe. No blame to the seller at all of course. Just really unfortunate the mouse is a dud and doesn’t perform 100% correctly.

I love the rollerball mouse, so easy to use and efficient…for about 6 months. I feel for the price it certainly should have lasted for more than 6 months. Really, any mouse should. I have contacted the seller with no response. Just a word of caution from my experience.

Es la primera vez que utilizo un ratón con trackball y me encanta el no tener que mover el ratón. Es más cómodo cuando no estoy en la oficina y trabajo sobre una superficie pequeña (por ejemplo, en un tren) o que no sea lisa. Además, es perfecto ergonómicamente. Lo compré porque tenía uno vertical que me resolvió un problema de codo, pero que me creaba tensión en el hombro al tener que moverlo. Este es perfecto tanto para el hombro como para el codo.

I like this mouse so much I bought this one for home. I've had this mouse at work for several yrs. Since I work at home part of the week I got one for home. Good price, lower than local store.

Lets the thumb do almost all the work. Do need to occasionally check and clean the sensors under the ball. This is my 3rd one.
