Amazing, I wouldn’t have even known it was refurbished if I didn’t buy this! I have a three monitor setup on my desk and needed a specific webcam as my laptops camera was in a weird position. This camera was easy to plug-and-play, is super crisp, and had no lag. I use a headset so I can’t speak on the speaker quality, but I’m very happy with this camera.

Despite other reviews, no issues getting it to work with Windows 11. Works great! I received a previously used return item,. The box was heavily damaged and the cable was unsecured. You could tell that it had been previously used.

This camera was very good to use, easy to setup, no extra software needed, just plug in and enjoy.The box it came in was beat up and some of it was ripped, but the camera it self worked and looked just fine.

I received the camera today. It appears to be working ok, haven't tested the audio yet. There was no boxing of any type. The camera was wrapped up and placed in a cut up piece of USPS plastic shipping bag taped up. The front of the camera itself is scratched all to hell. It looks like someone dragged it against a cement sidewalk for a couple of city blocks.Since the camera 'appears' to be working (like I said, haven't tested the audio yet) I will probably keep it but I am shocked that this would be up to Amazon's 'Renewed' quality standard (if they have any). I've purchased used items from private Ebay sellers that looked practically new, this looks like it was used (and packaged) by some teenager who abused the hell out of it and couldn't care less.
