Let's start with the instructions. You get an exploded view diagram with all the pieces and machine screws labled. If you cannot assemble this within 30 minutes you definitely should not be running a chainsaw. Next we'll talk size. This thing is small. I live in a forest. Most of the wood I have to process will crush this little thing. It does handle the smaller branches, and it is portable so I'm not too upset about it.Lastly the price. It costs less than the material I will buy to build a real sawbuck, and I'm okay with that.I'm cool with this thing, it works, the price was great, but it is dinky and it took over a month to get here from ccp. I wouldn't buy it again, and if you can't figure out how to put it together why on earth are you running a chainsaw?

Terrible instructions so I used the several different pictures on Amazon and it went together perfectly in about 30 minutes. All the holes lined up and the exact amount of bolts, washers and nuts included. I was surprised at the small size of the saw horse, seems like it’s made for a child.

There are no words in the instructions, but there are pictures; for example there is a picture of a wrench which says (2) 10 mm. I would suggest 10mm socket and fixed, either box or open end. If you have no idea what these things are, I would suggest that you not put this together yourself. Actually you need this same combination of wrenches for 13mm. That is an omission. I got this device together, but I'm probably above average in this area. It looks like it will do the job. If the are any updates when I use it, I'll review again.

This sawhorse is a very good, sturdy and easy tool to use and store! The instructions were useless almost. I built it in about 1 1/2 hours by looking at the pictures online. Without the pictures, I would never have gotten it together! I like the fact that it only weighs 15lbs but will hold over 150lbs logs. Make it portable and convenient!

Despite the assembly instructions consisting of nothing more than a couple drawings, it was still easy enough to assemble and all the holes lined up making it much easier to put together. I have not had a chance to use it yet, but it seems really sturdy and I’m sure will more than meet my expectations. Did I mention that all the holes lined up perfectly? That is an important thing. Overall, I am extremely happy with this and look forward to log cutting being much easier than in the past.
