Add this with proper procedures, training, and guidelines and you've got a great system. These work as intended, mount to a visible location, all while storing most everything you need. I added a few breaker locks, and plug locks to finish off this kit.

If you do not know what a lockout station is, it is basically a way to keep track of who is using your heavy machinery to ensure that your company/shop is not accidentally leaving a machine on after you use it. It is also an OSHA compliance thing where you can get flagged if you do not have one of these and your business operates heavy machinery. So how does this hold up? It has 14 locks with a pair of keys each, 6 hasps, and 40 "Do not operate" tags. All of this is stored in a lockable, wall-mount case. The locks themselves are mostly for safety and security and they work well enough. Everything is highly visible and the fact that it comes with two keys for each lock is a huge bonus. Overall, this is an excellent lockout station that will help keep your business off the OSHA radar and help protect your workplace from occupational hazards.

I got this for my husband for his job. This is a 61 piece set and it comes with everything needed. Everything is clearly marked and labeled. It is a very rugged and sturdy set. Each lock does come with 2 keys which is great. This is a very good lockout set.

The quality of the lock set is not what I expected. It can not switch smoothly, always need to try few times to open the lock. The feeling for that likes the key will break at any time. And it cost over 100 bucks. I think it’s not value for the money.
