I got this for my 3 rats, and they are quite large. It’s easy to disassemble and clean. And it can hold their weight quite well, and sustain jumping from all of them.

I was suppose to get the assorted version but got the pure blue however i like it as is and i'm sure my girls will love it once they figure out how to get in it and what not.Still a relatviely nice item even if I got the wrong version of this.

These hides are great and easy to assemble, they work and fit with Kaytee cages to create awesome enclosures. Not noisy when the critters run through, and are easy to keep clean so they don't smell. Safety clips together to not injure any critters, and they hold up solidly. Price is good, but you really can't find them anywhere else.

Supertoll. Eine meiner 3 Rattenmädels saß im Käfig immer allein an der gleichen Stelle. Seit ich das Teil habe (gestern nachmittag eingebaut) macht sie sich's auch dort hin und wieder gemütlich, sogar gemeinsam mit den anderen beiden. Bin total begeistert und scheint, dass meine Rattis das auch sind . .was ja schliesslich die Hauptsache ist. Absolute Kaufempfehlung.

This is a perfect, sturdy, versatile hidey hole for rats. It can hang from the top or sit on the bottom. It's smooth plastic material is ready to clean and comes apart into separate pieces. They're even disinterested in chewing on it. Our Mama rat insisted on raising her babies inside it even. Nice and cozy and secure. It's easily their favorite place to snuggle. It comfortably accommodates three adult females, but I have also seen all 11 rats squished into it at one point while the babies were growing.

My rats love this thing! They spend 90% of their time curled up in it together or hanging their heads over the sides. Best thing I ever bought for them and so much better than the fabric hammocks I kept buying for them that they would wreck by chewing the ropes holding it up! They try to nibble on this but the plastic is hard enough that they barely make a dent. Definitely a worthwhile product for anyone with rats or other small pets. I bought the large and it perfectly fits my 2 chubby male rats. Thanks for the great product!

This toy is very good for any rat! It's made of some nice plastic which means if they pee in it it can be washed, if your rats have mites or lice this can be disinfected, and it'll last longer! I have 2 giant girls snuggling in mine and their sister in quarantine can otherwise fit in here as well with them. It is especially nice if you stuff it with fleece for extra warmth and comfort in the winter, but my girls usually take out the fleece in the summer because it'll be hot so the plastic by itself doesn't bother them. It's my girls' favorite because rats love to sleep high in the air, and this securely allows them to do that!The only problem I could see with this (but it hasn't happened to me) is the hooks at the top breaking off that hang it. But you could just replace it with shower hooks so this doesn't affect my review.Overall, this is a great, durable and cheap product! The price is amazing for it and I can see it lasting my girls a long time even though they are chewers. I would highly recommend this for your fur babies!

Sure wish we could pick the color of our space pod! If so I would have more than one! My girls LOVE this! And I like the versatility of hanging it from the top or setting it on the bottom of their cage. Part of cage cleaning day is rearranging everything to give them variety but I like to use at least two beds again each time but place them in different places to give them reasons to use all of their cage instead of getting into a habit of using only their favorite spots. I like that the clips on the ends can be used from different angles as this makes it very versatile to hang in a cage. I let my girls 'nest' in this with strips of newspaper, paper towels and what not and I just empty it out and wipe it clean with a paper towel with cage cleaner on it. Being plastic it doesn't absorb urine and is super easy to keep clean and they just love it. I just wish we could pick our color combos to match our other decor in the cage! But as you can see that won't keep me from giving this product 5 stars. My two girls, who are well fed, are very comfortable together in this. I'm not sure how many rats could pile in until it is too full. Great product!

I bought this item because it was highly recommended on various rat-care sites, and I was not disappointed! The solid plastic is strong and chew-proof. It attaches easily to the top of the cage to provide a cozy hanging hide-away, and is super easy to remove for cleaning. Alternatively, it can stand on the ground though I haven't used it that way yet. The plastic is washable and cleans up well. The large pod easily holds 3 young rats (3-6 months old) and will probably comfortably sleep 2 adults. It took about a day for my rats to really warm up to it but since then it has been the choice sleeping spot in the cage.

I bought this for my chinchilla hoping that it would work for her, and it does! Gidget has been very picky about cage accessories in the past; she refused to enter those woven grass "roll-a-nest" things and has never once even tried her exercise wheel. So, I was worried she wouldn't be interested, and initially she didn't seem too keen. However, I encouraged her to explore it with some well-placed raisins, and within a few hours she had claimed it for her own! I threw in some scraps of polar fleece and she really seems to enjoy the extra softness. Gidget is hanging out in the space pod as I type this and seems very content. It is just barely big enough for her to get inside and snuggle up (she is fully grown).The only concern I have is that it is made out of plastic and could be easily chewed apart and destroyed. Gidget has done a few "test nibbles" on it, but hasn't tried to seriously eat or chew it apart yet. We'll see how it holds up in the long run, but right now I couldn't be happier with this product. I hung it from the top of the cage like the picture shows, and it went on easily and securely. I only have a small cage (Super Pet My First Home) so it's important to use the space well. Being able to hang the pod from the ceiling really added to the amount of usable space in the cage. It doesn't take up huge amounts of space or lose it's shape like those hammocks or tents I've tried, either. If you are looking for a cool bed for your chinchilla, this one is tops!
