I ordered a replacement after my male passed away a few days after getting my pair. The new replacement the female passed the next day. I reached out by text to the owners on the number that they gave and got no reply back. I recommend staying away from purchasing these. They come alive but will die days later. Lesson learned. Two orders and no customer service.
