What a great company! Order was received on time and in full. I recently ordered these plants, and I was impressed by their size and vitality upon arrival. Each plant was lush and robust, showcasing vibrant green leaves that indicated they had been well taken care of. However, to my dismay, one of the plants arrived in less than perfect condition—it had visible damage, with a broken leaf.When I contacted the company to express my concern and seek a resolution, I was unfortunately met with no viable solutions or assistance. This experience was quite frustrating, as the quality of the other plants was high, but the lack of support for the damaged one left me feeling disappointed in their customer service.

The plants are very healthy. I was worried that the cold might have damaged them, but they turned out fine. I’d buy them again when spring comes.

These plants arrived in perfect condition! I already have 3 air plants but they have done so well at my house that I ordered these and I really am impressed by their beauty and health. I hope I can keep these growing as beautiful as they are now! With my other air plants , I tuck them in the branches of my regular house plants in winter and in the summer I have them outside tucked in with my hanging basket plants.

So 2 weeks later half of the air plants have died. I knew they didn't look great when they arrived but was hoping I could nurse them back to health. Weekly soaking for 30 min, sprayed on the fertilizer & daily misting all to no avail. Hope the others make it.

The plants are a nice size, they tolerated the shipping pretty well. I did have one plant that did have a few dead leaves, but nothing detrimental to the plant.

I’m very impressed by the size of the air plants! They appear healthy and I will give some of them to my sister in laws. Shipping was okay. They said they would arrive in 10 days which made me nervous because we’re having overnight freezing temps but they arrived on the 7th day ahead of schedule, safely. I would buy from this company again
