These are the CUTEST and most ADORABLE plastic lined satin rhumba baby panties that mommy has ever put on her baby! Baby just LOVES the smooth plastic panty lining and the satin and ruffle outer panty. Mommy puts them on over my LFB nursery print diapers when she gives me a diaper change. Then, when I go and play the adorable ruffles stand out and make me look and feel SO babyish! These panties are VERY well made and true to size. Mommy ordered 2XL as baby has hips and a waistline and the are a PERFECT fit, even over bulky diapers. We're looking for a pink satin dress to wear over them so just the ruffles show. Buy them, you'll LOVE them.

You can see how adorable these are, that soft pink satin and the layers of frills are the cutest, most femme, most sissy diaper cover out of LittleforBig’s selection. Absolutely worth it and a must have for the adult babies and diaper lovers that live for the ultra-femme lifestyle! These fit me really well, even over an extra padded large, wet diaper. Haha. The quality was pretty good too but they come in a vacuum packed bag that meant these were wrinkled satin look right away and i hope they relax soon. I’m happy with them for now and I look so fabulous

The diaper cover is just amazing! However, the clear plastic packaging and the white sticker saying "Diaper Cover" on the outside was anything but discreet. I would really expect more from an ABDL supplier. Thank God I live alone! Beware if you need discretion.

You come across diaper covers and never know the quality or what pros it has. This satin ruffle diaper cover has it all! Form fitting, comfortable, plastic lined, and adorable! I love how comfy these are. They’re absolutely worth the money, they’re not thick but satin and plastic lined on the inside. Best part! They’re completely washable and you don’t have to worry about those leaks getting the best of you (though the plastic lining keeps you safe) I hope you love this as much as I do!
