I only bought this shirt because my child needed a tie dye shirt in two days because that's what their group had suddenly decided to wear for an orchestra concert. I was worried about the texture because some had described it as cheap. I don't think cheap is the right word. It's synthetic but smooth and soft like a nice athletic shirt. I'm not sure why people say it will be hot? Maybe it's people who think that everything cotton is cool and everything synthetic is hot? Because it's like an athletic shirt, the kind that doesn't get soggy and warm when you sweat it in. My child gets really hot really easy and wears it constantly because they like how cool it is. No scratchy seams. No annoying tags. The colors are really vibrant. So if you are looking for subtle, this is not what you want! The reason I'm writing the review is that I'm back to buy a couple more in other colors and figured I could write a review while I'm here. :)

My bad thought it was more cottony buttttt it's microfiber like and runs small! Not the best quality but served it's purpose and promptly went in the trash.

My son loves this shirt! The tie-dye design is vibrant, and the fabric is soft yet durable. It has been through several washes, and the colors haven't faded. A great choice for kids who love fun and colorful clothes.

Ordered for my son for a special Tie-Dye day at school. He absolutely loved it. He is sensitive with materials but loves color and this shirt he loves very much. He wears it all the time, sometimes to bed. Great for the price

Bought this tshirt for my preschooler for his homecoming dress up days at school for "wear your favorite color day". He told me rainbow was his favorite, so this is whatwe landed on 😂 I was a little surprised at the material of the shirt. I wasn't expecting it to be so thin and cheap feeling. It's a thin, slicky, stretchy material kinda like what mesh jerseys are made out of. Was hoping for a cotton tshirt but I guess I should have checked to see what material it was made from before buying. The colors are vibrant though just as pictured. He likes it just fine but i was a little less impressed especially for the price. It'll work though. We got a size 4. My son is 4 years old, stands 42 inches (3 feet 5 inches) tall and weighs exactly 40 pounds and it was a pretty good fit.. a little big but not too bad.
