Had one before and loved it because the mesh is made of metal instead of plastic. This ones okay but the mesh was put in too loose.

I bought this net several years ago, but not from Amazon. It lasted forever and I loved it so I ordered a new one. This one is made so very poorly that it will not last long. My first one, the net was made of steel and worked perfectly. This one is nylon and so loosely put into the frame that it won't take much for it to come out. For the price, it's way too expensive and not even close to what I wanted :(

I bought this exact product about 4-5 years ago. It's hasn't been treated well as I smack the net frame on a bucket to remove algae that I've scooped from a water garden. It's still working just fine, though I'm buying another one. I don't want to end of breaking the one I have and not have a reserve.

A little pricey, but it's the only small pond skimmer net I could find.Works as it's supposed to. Will look for a better price next time.
