Just replaced 13 battery packs in 4 foot tube fixtures. The fact they have a plug means the next time I just need to swap them, no more rewiring.

Just what I needed to plug and play to replace the old ps300 without having to rewire everything. Just had to pull the wiring harness plug and plug in the new one. It is compatible with the ps300 that was in there originally...

Well designed product. Easy to assemble and install. Good instructional manual that covers many different ballasts and of course works as described. Only tested for a few minutes but so far so good.
