Unfortunately, this latest order is to replace 1 that fell off. I encountered a severe set of bumps on the highway and one out of two of my lights fell off into the pavement. It was attached to some flat plate made out of heavy steel on the rear of a heavy-haul trailer, so you should not presume that they will always stay on when the road gets rough. Otherwise, they are reliable and last a long time on the 4 AA batteries.

Used these when my car had a short and I kept losing my running lights. Easy to turn on and put on the back of the car. Stayed on while driving. Fell off once but when we went back for it is what still on and in one piece!

Good strong magnet night light very viable

Running lights on trailer went out. Problem was traced to truck wiring. We are in the process of moving and don;t have the time for truck to spend in the shop. Had to install these on the latches, only part that was magnetic, so I bought 2 small dog collars from the Dollar Tree to go around them and the latch to hold them on just in case. Within the 1st 20 miles Niagra Falls opened up for about 4 miles. Couldn't see the road and just prayed the lights stayed on. Then it rained on and off the rest of my 5 hour trip. Lights were shining nice and bright ! This was an excellent purchase and gave me peace of mind.

I bought these for my truck that I have only been driving during daylight hours for a 650 mile round trip with mostly driving in the dark. As it turned out most of that driving was in the rain as well.The magnets held strong and the position of the lights didn't shift at all. On of the two lights got a little wonky before the trip was finished. I think this was due to the rain. The switch on that light became really sensitive. Just a slight touch or giggle would switch it off, on, or to flash mode. I was prepared to return it but in the several days since it has dried there is no issue with it at all. So, I'm not going to bother returning it.One thing to note is that the package is for ONE light. I mistakenly thought the purchase price was for two lights. That's my fault, not Amazon's. At the time, I probably would have made a cheaper purchase. However, Now that I have these lights I'm completely satisfied.
