LCR Link1 - Links Your LCR Meter to PC
LCR Link1 is a USB dongle style communication module. It is built with a fully integrated isolation technology for delivering data and power safely and blocking the noise from PC effectively. Therefore it ensures that the device performance and accuracy don’t get degraded when it is connected to PC.
Note: LCR Link1 is required for PC communication. Such function is only available on LCR Pro1 and LCR Pro1 Plus. LCR Elite1 and LCR Elite2 don’t have this function.
Convenient LCR Data Logger Software
The LCR Data Logger is free, easy-to-use Windows based software available to download from our website. When your device connects to a PC via LCR Link1, you can use this software for device programming and data logging.
Intuitive Visual Measurement
LCR Data Logger comes with a useful function called Visual Measurement. In Visual Measurement, you can load your board picture and program all the test parameters on that picture.
During measurement, the program displays your board picture and indicates the location of the component under testing. The test parameters are automatically set up for each component and the real-time results are displayed on both the device and PC. Once the test is completed, the device reports Pass or Fail and records all the test data including test results and test parameters.

The connection needs to be a wireless and built in the lcr meter. This adapter constantly disconnects as you rearrange your hands to measure something. All the different angles caused the cable to loosen from the adapter. Aside from that, the software is very primitive, laggy, and almost useless even if there was a wireless solution.

To preface this review I haven't had a whole lot of time to use the Link1. But what I have used so far is extremely useful in trouble shooting large batches of pcbs. I can take a known good PCB and test out all theede components and save them as what the values should read. So when I go through the bad PCBs I can just go component by component and see if the values match the good board. I also like the feature to change any of the setting from the computer. It makes it really easy to dial in the settings that you need to test certain components. The more I use the Link1 the more I like it and it has most defiantly saved me time and made my life a lot easier.
