All was initially great with this purchase until I found out one of the transmitters did not work. Since I was happy with service up to that point I thought the right thing to do was return the non functioning transmitter rather than the whole box of 10. But then the problem started: I have to pay for the return shipping of a faulty item. Canada post want nearly as much as the cost of a transmitter to ship one back no matter how small you make the package. There seems to be no sensible option for returning one transmitter, Amazon should allow the return of one item, without penalty. Unfortunately I needed a transmitter urgently otherwise I would have returned the whole box, inefficient as that is. Returning the whole box is the only option does not leave the customer significantly out of pocket.

We have a gate to enter the parking lot at our office and needed some replacements. I went with the 10 count because people are always losing them and wanted to have supply on hand. Programing them is a breeze and the small size everyone likes.

Easy to program, just the right size opener. I wouldn't use the 2-part key chain- it breaks away too easily. Connect the ring directly to opener & onto another keychain if you are carrying more keys.The price has fluctuated- better to buy boxes of 10+.

I ordered a box of 10 ACT-34B 4 channel Keyring Transmitters. I got a single part that I think is an emergency release for a garage door. I tried to call the phone number of this retailer and after a few rings, the line went dead. I returned them and ordered from another Amazon Retailer.
