So glad I got these for my small studio set up.With little room I have, these help increase the floor space.Screwed 2" wood screws into the beam through the drywall and it's solid.Mounted my Neewer Vision 4 strobe and Neewer CB60 Continuous Light.

Yeah mounted these all over my bedroom and made it easy to move and set up lights, cams,and mic's. Walls, ceilings, bed, anywhere you need that shot you can get the right angles.

The item works as intended, but the included screws are too short to reach a stud through drywall. If you are attempting to mount to a stud through drywall you'll need to purchase longer screws. If you're using anchors or installing directly to wood it shouldn't be an issue.I'm keeping the review at 5 stars since they work as intended and I feel the value is there despite needing some longer screws for my installation.

Bought a pair to hang lights from ceiling in home photo/ video studio. Exceeded expectations since I needed something that could quickly release lights for location shoots. Bought 4 more to hang additional lights. .

I really wanted to free up my heavy-duty tripod, so for this new setup I thought I'd wall-mount a ball head. At first I wasn't sure how I was going to do this, then I came across these while searching for lighting mounts.The measurements were perfect so I bought them asap. But what really surprised me when I finally got them was how solid these guys were! The lighting mounts were thicker than expected, made with a heavier gauge metal alloy. The plate is also a solid piece of powder-coated steel. No aluminum whatsoever.Now this is meant to hold my camera, so I made sure I used proper anchors and screws. Do NOT use the included screws -- they're extremely short wood screws and will not hold much weight at all. Once installed, I just attached a ball head and I'm all set!I just needed one for my new setup, but surprisingly this pair was the most cost-effective of what was available [it's since increased in price unfortunately]. But at least I have a spare. Well built mounts with good quality materials. I would recommend this set to anyone looking for mounting solutions. Happy shopping!

Imagine putting this on your wall and aiming your mini projector to the ceiling of your bed, YUP, thats how my 5 year old is living, A for adley on her ceiling and laying nicely... lol (I use a Nebula Capsule projector) this mount can hold so much weight,, super sturdy

I bought this to attach a DIY photographic tethering table to a light stand. It's used with a Manfrotto 026 Swivel Lite-Tite umbrella adapter that's attached to the light stand.It's a solid piece of kit and you get two for much less than what it would cost for single Neewer equivalent.I'm a very happy camper, LOL!

Works as described! I makes sure it wasn’t some cheap design where there would be welds before the screw holes but it’s one solid piece. The only thing is you have to install it technically diagonal meaning to install it to where it’s diamond shaped not square.The awesome device is over 1 1/2” so there’s no logical way to hit the stud properly so literally let it dangle so you can get the second lower screw hole to hit that stud and at least you have two screws in the stud. The other screw holes just install the anchors and run two in and done.It’s an awesome device and super sturdy. Had one of my flashpoint 1220M studio lights hanging from it and it helped sturdy. Last thing, when you get the package, trash those silly black screws. Those are 100% pointless. Use REAL screws like the 1 3/4” or 1 1/2” screws so you get a great bite in the stud.
