For the price of this bow, you get everything you need to get started in archery. When I say everything, I mean it. Not only have they included everything you will need on the bow itself (peep sight, illuminated 3 pin front sight, shock damper, on-bow quiver (4 arrows) and biscuit arrow rest) but also accessories off the bow, such as an arm guard, trigger release, bow stand and 12, not 6 good carbon arrows.To round things out, they include several nice paper targets and a set of wrenches with which to make adjustments and the good padded case. The whole kit doesn't weigh more than a few pounds and I will be doggone if the 12 arrows don't weigh as much as the bow. It's that light.I should also mention that the adjustment of this bow is the easiest and fastest on any bow I have seen. I was able to easily adjust both the draw length and poundage down to where my wife finds it comfortable and back to my size in just a couple of minutes. Very good for beginners so they don't have to purchase a bow made to their specific size, which will also end up costing more than this one.As I said, very nice bow, extremely light, super easy adjustments and a very approachable price. Just great.

I recently ordered this beginner compound bow set for my 10-year-old granddaughter, who was eager to try her hand at archery. Overall, it's been a positive experience, especially considering the price point.**Pros:**First off, for occasional backyard shooting or just getting a feel for the sport, this bow does the job. Adjusting it with the included allen wrenches was surprisingly easy, and the fact that you don't need a bow press is a definite plus. Although the instructions lacked detailed illustrations, assembly took less than an hour, which was a relief. Plus, my granddaughter loves that it "looks like a real bow," which adds to the excitement.**Cons:**On the downside, the instructions could definitely use more illustrations, especially for those new to modern compound bows. The accessories included felt a bit cheap, but that's to be expected at this price range. The arrows provided might not be enough for more serious shooters looking to utilize higher draw weights. Also, we found that at shorter draw lengths, the pre-installed peep sight wasn't aligned properly, which was a bit frustrating for her as she tried to hit the included targets.**Final Thoughts:**Overall, if you're just looking to dip your toes into archery and have some fun in the backyard, this set is a solid choice. However, if you're serious about hunting or target shooting, it might be worth investing in a more well-known brand that can be serviced at a local archery pro shop. For us, though, it's been a great way to introduce my granddaughter to the sport, and she's been having a blast with it.

This bow is very lightweight. I was impressed until the string broke on my 3rd shot. Ouch! That hurt! First string I've ever broke and this was right out of the box :(

I purchased this bow for my son for Christmas and when he pulled the bow backthe string flew off and messed up

The bow itself is outstanding for the price. The accessories, while plentiful and complete, are lacking in quality. The number of accessories would be better in my opinion if they chose quality over quantity. It would've been nicer to have better quality parts, than a bunch of them. That being said, they are exceedingly good enough for a beginner or a youth... which is what I bought it for. My daughter absolutely loved it.It was a NIGHTMARE to setup though. The manufacturer did not cover or protect the threads of any of the threaded holes when spraying on the cerakote like finish, so all the threaded holes were unable to accept the intended bolts for each hole. Luckily being a machinist, I knew how and had the tools to fix that issue... but someone without a tap and die set and the ability to clean the coating off the threads would risk ruining the threads trying to get the bolts into the holes. The instructions are garbage and extremely limited.The adjustments on the bow are nice and easy to setup for someone fairly quickly. We had my daughter's draw weight/length tuned in after just a few iterations. She was shooting 8 ring groups in less than 30 minutes.Overall, I would recommend with the caveat that 1: you don't expect the highest quality (obviously for the price), 2: Be prepared to have to do a little quality control correction and modification, and 3: Don't expect much help or information from the directions.If you know a little bit about bow setups, and have a little common sense, this bow is a great deal for the price. With its weight and length adjustability it will be able to fit a very wide gambit of people from children to adults that may just want a cheap, beginner setup or a smaller frame package for hunting or bow fishing (what I plan on using it for if she gets tired of using it or outgrows the hobby. ;))

This bow & arrow kit is not for kids. This is a serious bow! You can hurt yourself or others. This kit comes with everything you need to get setup with shooting. However it does lack some assembly instructions which was the only thing I didn't like about this. Everything is well made and very durable. We got this as a gift for our 18 year old son. My husband attempting to show our son how to use this snapped the band onto his arm and got the biggest welt on his skin which developed into a bruise after. So again, be careful! The bow is high quality and the construction of it is amazing. It has weight but not too heavy when shooting. Overall this is a great beginner bow & arrow but just be careful! Not for kids under the age of 16!
