Your cart is empty.The LXRB5-KT is a personal rope bag and escape kit. This kit includes 40' of 8mm NFPA escape rope and an NFPA screw-lock carabiner. This is the perfect size for use as a bailout bag, individual RIT line or even a water rescue throw bag. It features 4 webbing loops on the right side for attaching carabiners and other hardware, and a webbing handle on the left. The top and bottom are both reinforced to protect against abrasion. The front of the bag includes an ID window and yellow/silver reflective striping for added visibility. Measures 9"(H) x 4.5"(W) x 4.5"(D) and includes a limited lifetime warranty from Lightning X Products.

The one I received came with 40ft of Sterling brand personal escape rope and a heavy steel carabiner which has an NFPA G rating. A little overkill for something used for an emergency escape situation. The bag has plenty of room for the rope with an NFPA P rated carabiner attached to it as well as an escape eight with a second carabiner. Handy external trigger snap and extra loops for attachments. Internal webbing strap to secure the standing end of the rope inside the bag.

Rope and carabiner are good however the top of the bag ripped from just loading the rope. The tear rendered the bag useless.

Awesome product hope I never have to use it but glad I bought it very happy with it and I’m very happy that it’s smaller then I thought and will fit perfectly in my bunker pants pocket

I originally reviewed this bag mistake. The rope bag looks and works just like they say and the picture looks just like they show. I would recommend this product without any hesitation
