I bought these for my child's senior night for her table. I also recommend them to her friend. These added just the right light and were a perfect size. As far as battery life I think it depends on what brand you use. We used Energizer. They lasted the entire time which was over 6 hours.

Purchase these lights as a decoration for a party. I shop on Amazon so much that I’ve become blindly loyal and didn’t check the lights until the day of the party to see if they actually light up. All lights but the letter “A” worked perfectly. Unfortunately for me the letter “A” was essential because we couldn’t at least spelled her nickname only if “A” functioned properly. Not only were these for a party decoration but she also planned on decorating her college dorm room with said material.

These letters are perfect for a bridal shower display. The only negative is the light appears yellow, not white.
