This looks great from a distance but up close it’s very cheap looking.

I needed something to replace the blind that finally needed broke down and I am quite happy with this one. It looks quite dark on the Amazon page, but as you can see from my picture it still allows some light through. If I would get them again I would probably go with the light colored one, but this is good for now.I found that laying the blind flat for trimming worked well as you can see in a picture. After this initial trim I was able to fold the blind back up and touch up what the ends. The fabric is a nice quality and soft to the touch.Highly recommended.

Star Rating: 3.5Pros:-Affordable and easy to install-Provides decent light blocking, despite being thin and lightweight-Includes a long ribbon for securing the blind --Compact and easy to store when not in useCons:-Effective length is shorter than stated due to accordion folds-Thin, cheap-feeling fabric may not be durable-No drawstring makes it difficult to fold up when not in use-Not designed for long-term use, as stated in the listingSummaryOverall, these blinds are a temporary solution that can provide some privacy and light blocking, but they're not a substitute for permanent, high-quality blinds. If you're looking for a quick fix or a budget-friendly option, these might work for you, but be aware of their limitations.

These shades are thin, too short and only one comes in the package. I like the adhesive strip and the functionality of them. Great for a temporary solution.

Put this on our kitchen door and it covered it perfectly. We did have to trim a little but that didn't matter at all. Was quick and easy to install, blocks out the light like it says and the sticky part holds well.

I just installed these blinds today, so I can't speak to their longevity, but I thought I'd start a review with my initial impressions. They were one inch too wide for my window, so I did as the listing suggested and cut them to size. They are made of a single layer of accordion-folded material, so it was easy enough to unfold a few layers at a time and cut through them with scissors.I attached them to the inside of my bathroom window frame using the adhesive strip. The package also came with two pairs of self-adhesive velcro strips, but I'm not sure what they're supposed to be used for.In spite of being nominally 71" long, the blinds are effectively much shorter, because of the accordion folds. Hanging under its own weight, mine is just long enough to cover my 38" window with a few inches overlap. If you needed a little more length, you could probably stretch it out a bit, and it would probably lengthen with the force of gravity over time...although I don't know how much time you could expect to get out of these blinds. As stated in the listing, they are clearly for temporary use. The fabric is quite thin and feels like a cheap reusable grocery bag. It is not see-through, but some light shines through it.The included ribbon is around 12 feet long--plenty to extend the entire length of the blind in both front and back with a generous bow. I didn't use the ribbon, though; I'm just using the included clips to hold it in its folded position when it's not in use. It's a little bit hard to fold up once it's open because, unlike most blinds, it doesn't have a drawstring, and the fabric tends to bulge out and flop over itself as you're trying to move it back into position. It's a bit inconvenient, but good enough for a temporary solution.

We are replacing our old side door in the spring. Unfortunately, the blind that was on it failed. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money and time putting up a blind on a door that will be going away. The new door has blinds built into the window, so we won’t need blinds for that one. Any blinds we got for the old door would just end up in the trash. So, we went with temporary blinds. These feel like a mix between paper and fabric. Since they are meant to be thrown away, I don’t care about the cheap feel. What I do care about is I ordered a 24" W x 59" but got a 24” x 43”. That was with it stretched almost all the way out. I made it work. It stretched out far enough to cover the window, and I used a strong magnet to keep it from folding back up. As mentioned in the description and title, it’s light filtering. So, it’s not black out blinds. It does block out a lot of light though. These are what I needed, so I will only deduct one star for the shortness. Time will tell how well the adhesive holds up. I will update if it falls down prior to when we install the new door in a few months. I would imagine under normal circumstances they would stay up, but as I mentioned, it’s stretched out. That means it’s putting tension on the blind and testing the limits of the adhesive.
