Great product quality built, gives a awesome workout and customer support is great to. My unit had the reset button missing from shipping. I call the customer support number and a actual person answered. Sent me a email with a form to fill. A few days later got a email saying new unit being sent and had a shipping label to print to send 1st one back. They kept in touch with me by email unit I got my replacement unit.Great product great company

Great workout for those without access to a gym. You can work your arms and chest while sitting on the couch or in a chair. Several different resistance levels to help you build your strength. The product is extremely well made. Also this is the only arm twister with a good warranty which definitely gives you peace of mind. This is the best piece of equipment that money can buy for that price point.

Upon receiving, I immediately registered the warranty and read through the manual. I always do this with anything I buy online since you can only rely on reviews and can’t necessarily try before you buy. I strongly advise anyone who purchases this to do the same.There are 20 strength levels, and I progressed through them all. The first 10 or 15 levels are pretty easy to do reps with. Really once you get past the initial resistance and start moving the handles inwards, the exercise is fairly easy.Level 16 was where it started to get difficult to squeeze. I was able to bust out one rep from each level up to 20. However, when attempting level 20, the handles began to bend and crack, and move outboard, resulting in what’s seen in the pics. It’s no longer safe to use, and cannot be locked in the closed position for storage.Reached out to their customer service about the issue, and after a few days of back and forth, the company honored their lifetime warranty with a full refund via PayPal.All in all, the build seems good. It might’ve been fine if I stayed around level 16 rather than testing the max. If you do buy, stay away from level 20 is all I can say!

I purchased this to inspire me to work out. Right now, I don't work out yet I was able to successfully use (conquer 🤓) the highest "professional" resistance level right out of the box. I was hoping for higher difficulty settings. I am 6’4" and not exceptionally strong, but I guess this says differently 🙂. I imagine the value of this would be in repetition.

It was easy to learn how to do the different possible exercises - very intuitive. The settings should work for almost anyone - beginner to very advanced. I am a beginner, and the lowest setting is working well for me to be able to do plenty of reps but still really gets a good burn. It is extremely well built - i expect this will last a very long time. The tension adjustment is super easy, and the grip is great. Zero complaints!

It's easy to use, adjustable, TOTALLY worth the money, great design, gives out the resistance and tension it promises. Also, it delivers a real workout. You'll feel the burn and really get your heart as well as muscles pumping. I am physically disabled where I cannot use traditional gym equipment and this is a godsend for helping me stay healthy. It's one of the best decisions I ever made.

As a recovery tool for a broken foot, I purchased a LifePro Rumblex vibration plate, which I love and use every day. I typically combine this plate with dumbbells or kettlebells for a more effective workout. But sometimes that can be cumbersome, so I began looking for an alternative, when I came upon this device. The reviews were good, and since I was focusing on upper-body strength, it looked promising. One thing I was confident of was build quality; LifePro stuff is well-made and solid. This exerciser is all that and more. Very well made, and heavy depending on your strength level. Super easy to adjust from very light resistance to very strong resistance with the twist of a dial. Comfortable handles, compact to store. Can be used to work chest, back, and arms. And I was right: adding this to a Rumblex workout just ups the effectiveness. Lifetime warranty with product registration makes this one an easy choice. Big fan of LifePro products. Would purchase again (but don’t expect to need to, except as a gift).

Let me start off by saying I bought this product because I'm a huge fan of LifeProFitness. I've been using their products for years now (mainly their massage/percussion guns), and I've never had an issue with any of the products that I've purchased from them, (even though they all have lifetime warranties if anything did happen). Ive literally used one of their massage guns nearly daily for the past 6+ years and it still runs exactly the same as the day I bought it, so I wanted to see what else they have been selling lately and came across this product, which looked interesting. Let me say, if you're limited on time or space, this little guy can give you a really solid arm, chest, and shoulder workout in a short amount of time! It's lower levels are great for doing sets with higher reps, but still heavy enough that they give you a solid contraction and burn. It has 20 levels of resistance and let me say that 20 is more than enough for ANYONE to try. I formerly trained for powerlifting, and now am a competitive armwrestler, and there's no need for me to go above 12 or 14 for a great workout. I have been using this a complimentary piece of equipment in addition to my normal routine, for active recovery and as a finisher to some workouts and I've been very happy with it so far. Couple the utility of it with very solid build quality, and the lifetime warranty, and you've got another winner for LifePro Fitness!
