I decided to try and clean my white 42" cabinets with a sponge mop. I put on new Libman sponge and used vinegar, baking soda and warm water. Now I don't have to stand on step stool and at my age it is too dangerous.

This refill pad is getting hard to find and I am happy to have it! It went on easily and fits perfectly! It's nice to have a new pad that isn't flat and stiff!

It works well. I bought the mop at the supermarket, but the sponge started crumbling the last time I used it and I had to replace it.

This is just what I was looking for. We use this sponge for indoor and outdoor projects. Works great for our needs.

Just pop the refill into the slots and you're ready to clean the floors. Does a great job, and actually uses water! Gives a really clean surface.

I would give 0 stars for all Libman products lately. It has become evident to me that what they're doing is producing increasingly inferior products, and calling them "new and improved." This sponge mop refill is a prime example. I saved a couple of old ones purchased just two years ago and they were weak enough with just about a half inch of actual sponge over some green mystery crap that just slushes the water around the floor but doesn't absorb it back. Then bought this replacement which now has only about one quarter inch sponge and more of that useless green mystery crap. Another thing they have done with their products - sponges, brooms, buckets, etc. is to make them thinner and weaker, thus, a shorter life span, and with the sponge mops in particular, they will alter them just slightly enough to make it impossible to replace the sponges, forcing you to buy whole new products and throw perfectly good poles into already glutted landfills. Why do we tolerate it? Let's boycott Libman and all other manufacturers abusing us consumers and our environment.
