It is pretty thick, so the front of the laptop is elevated from the table to such extent that it makes the wrists uncomfortable when typing. The lowest angle it can be set to without laying flat is still much too wide, at least for me. It is about 30° incline. The fans are not very strong and there is no noticeable performance increase (lower temperature or higher TDP/max clock speed at same temperature) with all fans fully on compared to all fans off, whether I stress just the dGPU, CPU or both at the same time. What DOES make a difference is having the laptop on an elevated surface made of a mesh, as opposed to putting it directly on for example a tablecloth or full-table mousepad. So the fans are mostly for the show. Would recommend getting a cheap passive laptop stand that has as MANY HOLES as possible instead. Or just put two bottlecaps under the rear corners of the machine, but that slides out and looks cheap. The fan knobs could have been on the side, as reaching behind the computer to turn them on is annoying, and the offer photos do not ot make it clear where the knobs are. And they are on the rear side. The "integrated phone holder" is not integrated with anything, it is just a stand-alone piece of plastic which may or may not just barely keep your phone completely vertical depending on its thickness. It is far too narrow to be a stable phone holder when not attached to the laptop stand (to which it doesn't attach in phone holding mode, just for storage).

I love it. The lights work, but I don't care about that. It keeps my system cool while playing large games, which has been a challenge from the begining. Easy to use, quiet, overall good product. It plugs into the laptop with a USB cord which does suck the battery. Probably the only downside.

I am very sound sensitive. As an autistic person and a blind person I struggled with the other types of fan and dreaded when my laptop showed it needed heat management. It turns out that the technology in this cooling pad is better than the 40 dollar one I was given. That one was too loud and not efficient. This does have an issue for low bezel laptop as the support tray blocks part of the screen. I don't use the phone holder but it is a nice feature. For the price this blew me away. It doesn't flash in the color transitions either. My laptop can now run high graphic video games again.I do wish we could plug it in more in the center or had options for the sides. The cord is thick and well made. As my laptop is a larger size this fitting perfectly was wonderful and a relief. The cost is absolutely perfect.No more overly hot laptop. Pretty colors. This is a great pad without any dead spots for the fans making it versatile for different types.I use an HP Spectre that does a lot of angles and flexing. This doesn't help as much when it's not flat on it but it still works some.

Al principio no confiaba en este enfriador por su precio, pero después de 3 meses de uso puedo decir que es una maravilla en calidad-precio. Tiene buen material ergonómico para la comodidad de la laptop, también tiene buen soporte de diferentes niveles de altura y lo más importante es que sí enfría manteniendo la GPU a temperaturas de 50 a 70°C que son temperaturas seguras y considerables teniendo en cuenta que es un enfriador barato porque se nota la diferencia de cuando uso mi laptop sin enfriador a cuando la uso con el mismo.Mi laptop antes al usar apps o juegos que requieren muchos recursos podía alcanzar a calentarse hasta los 100°C porque no tiene buenos ventiladores y esto teniendo en cuenta que vivo en una zona donde hace calor. Pero luego de usar el enfriador se nota la diferencia, aunque no es mucha es suficiente para yo quedar satisfecho porque puedo usar la laptop con varias apps abiertas o jugando algún juego por al menos 4 horas y su temperatura se va manteniendo en 50 a 70°C que son temperaturas seguras para tu laptop.Ahora bien, si juegas videojuegos de alto rendimiento o usas la laptop por muchas horas es probable que el enfriador no te haga la función que quieres, pero para eso hay enfriadores más potentes teniendo en cuenta que cuestan más.

While the instructions for this laptop cooling fan base are limited, it's pretty straightforward in getting it plugged in and working. This is my first time using such a product, but I'm very impressed with how cool it keeps my laptop. The color-changing lights and having 2 sets of 3 fans on separate switches are bonuses, in my opinion.That being said, it feels a bit cheap with some of the plastic parts, but overall, it's been sturdy and reliable.

It's a pretty good cooling pad, it's just as described and I have no major complaints, but maybe not everything is as good as it's described.The fans work very well and are quiet. I read a few reviews that they are loud but I don't think so at all. There are two sets of fans that work independently in a triangular pattern, two at the top and one on the bottom or two on the bottom and one on top, and the light can be turned off. The fans also reach the rear of my computer where the vents are so I'm pleased (I have a 17.3-inch LT).My laptop hasn't slipped off yet so I would say it has a bit of grip (a lot better than my last cool pad).The real waste is the cell phone holder that can be attached to either side. I put in my Flip Z and I could see it lean forward, hard. After a few minutes it just flopped over, I was there to catch it but if I hadn't this would have been a 1-star review for sure! Let me just say that for me this was only a bonus feature so I'm not going to cry over it not working out, but I did remove a star because if it doesn't work then that's a fail.Overall I was impressed enough that I ordered another one as an X-mas gift so that says it all.

Works great and very quiet. Have actually had a lot of compliments on it at work. Love that you can adjust the angle/height.
