I bought the TV brand new and when setting it up it asked me to accept the user agreement, except that the user agreement DOESN'T LOAD! The user agreement won't load and you can't use the TV without accepting it! There were countless troubleshooting tips that I tried to no avail. Insane I cant use the TV because of their promt not showing up.

I like LG picture quality but setting one up is not easy. First you must sign agreements that LG may collect data on your TV usage. Then during the installation process, LG will install its WEB OS system which makes loading the channel you want to watch harder than it should be. You can by-pass WEB OS and have the TV turn on to the last channel watched. Just google how to by-pass WEB OS. You should also know that you CAN NOT load the Spectrum TV App on to your LG tv. You can, however, install a ROKU system and get virtually any app you choose. I would think on a useful smart tv should be able to load your primary cable system app. If you use a cable box (an extra expense) Spectrum will be available.

This is a really nice TV. It has excellent picture quality and is easy to set up. I was intending to go with a different brand, Sam*ung, I will let you guess the brand, it was a bit more expensive, getting to the point, I always register devices when I get them, I have had issues with missing serial numbers in the past, when I attempted to register theSam*ung TV it was an impossible task, their website makes you jump through hoops and I never was able to do so. I returned the Sam*ung TV unopened and ordered the LG TV. I was able to register the LG within a couple of minutes. Great TV, highly recommend it.
