The power cord included in the box with this product was a European AC power plug. Not useable in the USA. Product was all sticky as if someone was eating while packing it.

My husband and I brought 2. Both delivered the same day. Sticky stuff all over both tablets, 1 on wouldn't charge for the longest time. Finally got to to charge to 100%.... 2nd one cracked screen and case broken exposing inside hardware. Both took almost 48 hours to charge it. DO NOT BUY, NOT WORTH IT. I AM RETURNING!!

I cannot use this product. I bought this for my grandchildren for their birthdays. They opened them today and couldn't plug them in. My friend says they are a foreign plug in, I live in America. Complete waist of money
