The product is performing well, but the accompanying instructions left out a couple details that I had to get from Lexmark tech support. For starters, there was one (apparently two on some similar models) little plastic tab thing on the old fuse roller that you need to save and install on the new one. Secondly, there was a process necessary to tell the on-board logic circuit that the unit had been replaced. Not huge issues, but it wouldn't have worked otherwise.
