I clean my own reels and use nothing but Lew's and their products. Smooths up the bearings.

Lucas and Lew's have come up with a great oil for reels. I use it on baitcasters and spin-cast reels. I don't use open-face. The oil sticks where you put it and lasts a long time. Doesn't run off and needs only a drop here and there to do the job! Good job Lucas-Lew's!
