Used this replace the outlet end on an older extension cord. The build quality is Leviton standard. The only downside is that the cord clamp mechanism has quite a bit of clearance when assembled. This extension cord is used for outside construction and landscaping so dirt and sawdust would work into the internals of the outlet. I sealed the clamp area with a little silicone sealant.

Saved my harbor freight extension cord that had started coming apart at the plug. Works great so far! I have a 50 ft extension cord that I was using to plug in my diesel truck during the winter months and the stock plug end was shorting out and causing burns all around the truck plug in. Cut the old one off and installed this one and it fits in the RV plug receptacle and works like a charm. Cheaper than buying a new cord.

Ran over my extension cord that I had place under my car so I wouldn't trip over it during a garage project. Put the driver's front wheel back on, backed out of the garage for a short test drive and "CRUNCH"...the previous plastic female end of my extension cord was smashed. This replacement was a good price comparable to my local big box store. Arrived quickly and was easy to install.

Muy fácil de instalar. Trae las terminales preparadas solo para insertar el cable y fijarlo, no requiere adjuntarlo a ningún tornillo. la mordaza de salida del cable lo sujeta extremadamente fuerte como paraevitar cualquier desprendimiento. Yo ocupe este tomacorriente para hace una extensión y me quedo fabulosa.
