I love that this mold has 3 cat and 3 dog molds, in 3 different sizes. The mold leaves a shiny finish and produces beautiful resin pieces.

I ordered this mold as I had seen someone else make a piece from it and they had included a link for the mold. I thought it looked lovely and have not been disappointed! It is absolutely beautiful. It did take a few weeks to arrive as I am in the UK, and sadly, in the time it took to be delivered one of my cats passed away. So my first piece from this mold was for myself. I posted a pic of it and within a few hours had several people asking me if I could make them one too. It is so shiny and the detail is simple but perfect. I have since made 5 in total and every one so far has turned out beautifully. I have not had any issues at all with bits of the ears missing but made sure to only pour up to the ears, poke the air out with a small silicon tool and then pour the rest. I will 100% recommend this item. It really is a touching and beautiful keepsake for anyone who has lost a beloved pet.

This mold is sturdy and I love that it is designed to have six molds in the one piece. The removal of the cured resin is an easy and smooth process.

Mold stuck in the resin ripping it as the cured resin was being removed from the mold. Happened on the largest dog, near the paw.and head. Thinking a warning of needing mold remover spray would be a good idea.

I recently had a cat passed away after she did. I decided to purchase this and also put some of my late dogs ashes in the dog form. I love them, love the size choices, and that there are both dogs and cats to choose from.

I haven’t been resining for too long, I started last year. I started with the Pebeo Resins but those got so expensive I switched over to Let’s Resin’s brand of resins which I was really happy with. The designs are a bit “rough” or primitive, like something carved out of marble or something. If you’re making something for a dog then this one has floppy ears, I wish it was possible to purchase the cat and dog molds separately with more dog varieties. Regardless it makes a very sweet paper weight or decoration, the amount of resin you need is written on the mold itself so you don’t have to waste time figuring that out!

Was so excited I thought it included the resin, but that was my fault for not realizing. Gave it to my mother since she lost a cat not long ago. Immediately got teary eye when I explained what she can use this for
