. . . and I say not sure because I don't really know if there are regulations for shelving in stores. I also do not get the impression that I would see this in a store - from its weight, casters, gauge. For my home, it's great. The open, airy wire construction is something I always prefer for storage, not dust and debris collect. It rolls around nicely, even with weight of canned foods and baskets of various items. It was fun to put together, easy, just watch your side panels, position the holes properly, don't do them backwards or you'll just have to undo, not a big deal. And definitely don't tighten the screws all the way until the end. It's also fun to load it up, plenty of room. The wheels do lock, also a good thing.

Easy to put together. Good enough size for the items I needed it for. It works great and looks nice too. Feels fairly stable.
