I am very impressed with the scale.. It provides me with accurate to the ounce weight, my BMI heart rate, and a multitude of other health bio metrics & explanations of your health. You have to connect your scale to the app on your cell phone via Bluetooth and have the app open for your readings. It will also display on the scale, but you can track your progress on the app. Excellent buy for anyone who is serious about their health.🦋

So far, I love it - overall. I love all the features, tracking capabilities and easy connection to my phone. My only issue, is what I perceive to be its accuracy. Compared to my other scale, it appears to often be off beyond the .02 metric. I’m pleased with my purchase, I just wish the scale was more accurate (I’ve compared it against more than just one scale).

Mmm let me tell you about this scale. It will humble you quickly. This scale connects to an app that breaks down your body composition into fat, protein, water, and even biological age. I don’t have a cross check for accuracy but this smart scale told me my body is twice my actual age so I guess ive been living hard. The app allows you to add multiple users so everyone in the house can be attached. Just leave your ego at the door because whew.

This scale is tremendous!!!! It is easy to use, for a boomer like myself, which the other devices I tried had too many moving parts: like lifting a bar, holding breath, etc. All ya gotta do is follow the steps on the downloaded app, put your bare feet on the scale, and boom Shaka lacka: measurements are taken.

The scale is wonderful as a stand alone product. Both my husband and I really like the scale itself works - easy to use and send the results immediately to our apps. The only disappointment is only the primary user will have the information shared with FitBit. We had and Aria which was broke more than working and bought this scale to replace it. Again, we are very happy with the scale and love the app - just wish both of us could see the data in FitBit. I would highly recommend this scale if not using FitBit.

As a scale it is excellent. The vital statistics are questionable. Hopefully they do some kind of an online Update to correct these issues.

I recently purchased the Smart Scale for Body Weight and Fat with the 4.68-inch large display, and overall, I'm quite pleased with its performance. The scale works exactly as it should and appears to be very accurate. It connected instantly with the app on my phone, making it easy to track my health data right away.There are, however, two points that I find less convenient. First, the scale needs to be charged via USB. Typically, bathrooms don't have power outlets near where you place a scale, so you have to carry the scale elsewhere to charge it or use an extension cord, which can be a bit of a hassle.Second, it takes a relatively long time for the scale to complete all the measurements. While I assume this is inherent to providing comprehensive data and can't really be sped up, it does require a bit more patience during each use.Despite these minor inconveniences, the scale delivers on accuracy and seamless app connectivity. If you don't mind the charging setup and the extra time for measurements, it's a reliable choice for monitoring your body metrics.
