I have a large hat size and it's hard to find hats that fit comfortably. This one is infinitely adjustable and more than large enough for me to adjust comfortably. The brim is wide and provides lots of comfortable shade in our southern sunny summers. The material is soft and cool. Being a farmer, I treat it pretty rough and so far it appears to be indestructible. I bought two more and gave them to my wife and a friend, they give it a "thumbs up" too!

Sometimes, you have to do the rider lawnmower on hot sunny summer days.The hat fits my medium-sized man's head perfectly. It lowers to include the tops of my ears and my face is shielded from direct sun.If it's windy, the wind will catch under the hat and raise the huuuge rim. Shades of Flying Nun. (They really like me!)The neck string includes a clip to keep the hat on tight, but if the wind catches under the wide brim, the string will pull through the clip, and the hat loosens up. That's a problem in the breeze for a sail-sized hat.My workaround is to take another clip, used in the kitchen for closing potato chip bags. I have a few clips that are only 2 inches long, I guess for really small bags. I clip one of them onto the neck string right below the hat's integrated clip, and then the neck string stays tight. The nuisance of flapping hat-wings is significantly reduced if the neck string is kept from loosening up.With such a big hat, there is also the issue of the neighbors pointing and laughing, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

I wear this when I’m cleaning out clarifiers at a waste water treatment plant. I call this my plant hat. This’ll keep the sun off your face and neck. Good sturdy material.

I live in Central Florida and work out in the yard several times a week. Many times, the heat is scalding, and shade is a rare commodity. This hat has a very wide brim and acts as a portable shelter from the sun. Love this Hat and cannot function in the hot sun and yard without it. Great product!!

I ordered both the Leotruny Super Wide Brim Bucket Hat UPF50+ Waterproof Sun Hat for Fishing Hiking Camping (C01-Light Grey) and the Leotruny Women Super Wide Brim Sun Hat UPF50+ Waterproof Straw Hat for Fishing, Hiking, Camping (C02-light Grey). The men's hat fit better and looked better. Both hats were good quality. I used it for travel to Cancun. It was great coverage for Chichen Itza. I purchased another one for my partner and he wore it too! He is extremely pale (says he is pink) and he did not get burnt! No one looked at us funny and it saved it from looking even more ridiculous by using an umbrella!! Good purchase! I am going to purchase another one next summer for myself as I gifted my hat to my daughter who does lots of gardening!

They folded it in quarters to fit into envelope... nice logistics, ruined structure- the brim has deep crease folds, doesn't hold its shape anymore. So, unfortunately, returning it same day.Also, it cannot be waterproof as the top is very thin material half with mesh. Top is so thin, brim heavy - hat doesn't stay in place at all.

The 2 side always go down instead of staying round like on the photoMaybe the material not strong enough.And the worst part is inside the had there’s a lot of strings coming out.It looks cheaply made
